Warm deck

Layers of felt bonded to the roof with heat to make a waterproof cover.
Rubber roofing (EPDM)
A single sheet of tough rubber laid over the roof.
Asphalt
Hot asphalt laid in layers. A traditional, solid flat roof finish.

Questions people ask
What is the difference between a re-roof and a roof repair?
A repair fixes one part of the roof, like a few slipped tiles. A re-roof takes the whole roof covering off and puts a new one on. We will tell you which one your roof needs.
What is the difference between a warm deck and a cold deck flat roof?
It is where the insulation goes. On a warm deck it sits on top of the roof deck. On a cold deck it sits between the joists underneath. We will tell you which suits your roof.
How long does a new roof take?
Every project is different. The time it takes depends on the size of the job, where it is and other things. We give you a timeline with your quote. We are flexible and put your timeline first.
What happens if it rains while the roof is off?
We follow standard procedures to protect your home from rain damage while the roof is off.
Do you give a guarantee on roofing work?
Yes. We guarantee our roofing work for 10 years. This does not affect your legal rights.
