Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Triple 1 Building Services collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
The data controller is TRIPLE1 BUILDING SERVICES LTD (company number 11860924). Registered office: 75a Milton Road, Stoke-on-Trent, England, ST1 6HF.
To ask anything about your information, email triple1buildingservices@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you send the quote form: your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), the site address and postcode of the job, the service you choose and your message. We also keep a record that you agreed to us using these details.
- When you call or email us: the details you choose to give us.
- When you visit the website: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Visitor numbers: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
- Spam protection: the quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are a person, not a bot. It processes information such as your IP address and browser details for that check.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. This is a step you have asked us to take before any contract.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam. This is in our legitimate interests.
- If you become a customer, to do the work and keep records for our accounts. This is needed for our contract with you and to meet our legal duties, such as tax.
We do not use your details for anything else. We will not send you marketing unless you have agreed to it.
We quote short extracts from our public Google reviews on this website. We do not show the reviewer's name.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with companies that help us run the website and reply to you:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, spam protection, visitor counts, and sending the details from the quote form to our inbox.
- Google — our email (Gmail), where enquiries and messages are kept.
These companies may process data outside the UK, including in the USA. Where they do, they use safeguards allowed under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not go ahead: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customer and job records: 6 years after the job finishes, for tax and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop or limit how we use it
