Accessibility statement
Last updated: 20 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website. This statement explains how accessible it is and what to do if something does not work for you.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to:
- zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen
- use the whole website with just a keyboard
- use the website with a screen reader
- see where you are on the page when using a keyboard
- read the text easily, with strong colour contrast
Known problems
- The spam check on the quote form is run by Cloudflare. If you have trouble with it, please call or email us instead.
- We have not yet tested the website with a screen reader. If something does not read out properly, please tell us.
Tell us about a problem
If you find something hard to use, or you need information in a different format, call 07574 806039 or email triple1buildingservices@gmail.com. We will do our best to help.
How we tested this website
We tested this website on 20 October 2026. We:
- ran automated checks on every page with axe, an accessibility testing tool
- moved through the main pages using only a keyboard, to check every link and button can be reached and shows where you are
- checked the pages at 200% zoom
These checks found no problems. The moving photos at the top of the home page and the sliding reviews can be paused, and they do not move if your device is set to reduce motion.
